This Privacy Policy explains how texttoolsbase ("we", "us"), a service of Takenick Innovation, handles information when you use our website and tools at https://texttoolsbase.com.
Almost every tool on texttoolsbase runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. The text you type, paste, upload or generate is processed locally on your own device and is never sent to or stored on our servers. We do not see, collect or retain the content you work with. The one exception is voice input, which is covered under Microphone below.
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (for example, which tools are popular and which countries visitors come from). This data is anonymised and does not identify you personally. Analytics cookies are only set after consent where consent is required.
We display ads through Google AdSense to keep the tools free. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads. In regions that require it (such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland) a consent banner is shown and personalised advertising and analytics cookies are only used if you agree. Our voice tools (such as speech-to-text) ask for microphone access only when you start dictation. Speech recognition is handled by your browser, and some browsers may send microphone audio to their own speech-recognition service. texttoolsbase does not receive, record or store your microphone audio or transcript.
Our rewrite and paraphrase tools run a small AI model in your browser. On first use they load a runtime from the jsDelivr CDN and download model files from Hugging Face; after that the model is cached for offline use in the same browser. The text you enter into these tools is processed in your browser. texttoolsbase does not receive, store or transmit that text.
Because we do not collect personal content, there is little personal data for us to hold. For analytics and advertising data handled by Google, you can review Google's privacy resources and use the consent controls provided on this site.
